My team worked hard for 3 months on this event, we had twice weekly meetings to discuss ideas and work on tasks to keep up to date on our schedule.
Working on the event themes and designing the escape room from scratch to suit our event partners needs and the event brief. Weekly tasks were assigned and monitored to make sure they were completed by all deadlines. As the brief was to promote a chatbot to learn English our theme centred around a British theme whilst also including an international feeling.
As well as creating our event we also came up with our promotional video concept, created a storyboard and directed the videographer during the shoot.We then worked with our videographer to edit the video in a way to create excitement around the event in under 1 minute. The result was a short video that could easily be shared on social media.
