Rachael is an event manager specialising in creating events to bring your B2B marketing & business development strategies to life. Starting in the event industry in 2017 she has worked for both Agency and In-house Corporate, producing Awards Ceremonies, Conferences & Team Building events around the UK.  Rachael is extremely keen on personal development, making connections & helping the next generation of event professionals navigate the industry. She has accomplished a lot in the last four years, completing the FastForward15 mentoring programme, being an active member of EventprofsLive networking group & as an Ambassador for The Female Hospitality Network. In 2018 she graduated from Bournemouth University with an MSc in Event Management and also holds a Bachelors degree in Law. Rachael throws herself into every aspect of the event industry which has seen her named  on the 2021 C&IT Corporate Alist, The Meetings Show Tomorrows Talent 2020 and CN30 under Thirty 2019 . She enjoys contributing to the event industry - taking part in panel discussions for Event Careers Live, C&IT Forums & BCD Meetings & Events as well as writing for Conference News & M&IT Magazine. Currently she is Event Manager for Peak AI, The Decision Intelligence Company - producing their flagship conference AltitudeX as well as community and customer events.
